4.) Purpose of data collection, processing and use
BETZ-CHROM GmbH & Co. KG is a traditional service provider, which changes or improves the properties of the surfaces of products supplied from the most diverse industrial sectors to protect them from corrosion and wear. In addition to improving metal surfaces with complicated geometries, the company also performs final mechanical processing, like precision grinding, polishing and superfinishing. As a system supplier, we also provide complete parts.

Customer data, employees' and applicants' data and details of partner companies providing these are needed for the purposes outlined in 4).
6.) Recipients or categories of recipients, to whom the data can be passed
Public bodies on the basis of a higher-ranking legal regulation, external contractors on the basis of a partner relationship in accordance with § 11 of the German Federal Data Protection Act BDSG, and external and internal organisational units to fulfil a specific purpose.
7.) Regulatory terms for deletion of data
There are different obligations and terms relating to the preservation of records based on statutory regulations. Following expiry of these terms, the relevant data is routinely deleted or destroyed. If data is unaffected by this, it is deleted when the purposes listed under section 4 no longer apply or exist.
8.) Planned data transmission to third countries
There is no current plan to transmit this data to third countries, otherwise the relevant legal requirements would be complied with.
